Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications using RF scanners
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock rotation and cycle counts
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
- Complete necessary documentation and maintain organized workstations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn RF scanning systems
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Valid Texas driver's license (for equipment operation training)
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
