Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment including RF scanners and conveyor systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counting and verification
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards to supervisors
- Assist in receiving and sorting incoming shipments when needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for order verification and inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented setting
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided
- Reliable transportation to our Philadelphia facility
