Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to picking tickets and packing lists
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training) to move materials
- Maintain clean and organized workstations throughout shift
- Scan and verify items using barcode scanners for inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment issues or safety hazards to supervisors immediately
- Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Texas ID or driver's license (for equipment operation training)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
