Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Load/unload trucks and organize pallets with precision
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Assist with general warehouse cleanliness and organization tasks
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one within 30 days)
- Minimum 6 months prior forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Reliable transportation to North San Jose location
- Must pass pre-employment background/drug screening
