Responsibilities
- Pick orders accurately using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems
- Package goods securely with appropriate materials to prevent damage
- Operate power equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification training
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory areas
- Adhere to safety protocols and company quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Report inventory discrepancies and equipment issues promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Pass background check and drug screening
