Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to packing lists and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks and conveyor systems
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper labeling before shipment
- Maintain organized inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits as scheduled
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable transportation to the Charlotte distribution center
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- No felony convictions within the past 5 years
