Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to digital manifests and packing lists
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks) following safety protocols
- Inspect products for quality and report inventory discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain organized and efficient workstations to optimize productivity
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety regulations at all times
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory management processes
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – full training provided
- Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours with regular breaks
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with touchscreen devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly with proper techniques
- Valid government-issued photo ID and work authorization
- Reliable transportation to our Mission District facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
