Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to packing slips and warehouse guidelines
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners) following safety protocols
- Maintain clean and organized workstations to optimize efficiency
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company policies
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks when needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Reliable transportation to work site
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
