Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to pick lists and shipping requirements.
- Inspect items for quality assurance and damage before packaging.
- Label, box, and seal packages efficiently to ensure safe delivery.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Perform basic inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience required; we are looking for eager learners.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours).
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
