Responsibilities
- Pack and prepare products for shipment with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks) to move inventory safely.
- Scan items using RF scanners to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required for entry-level).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a plus.
