Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist with inventory management, including scanning and stocking products.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the USA.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and accuracy.
- Willingness to learn and obtain a forklift operator license within the first 90 days.
- Valid driver's license (not required but a plus).
