Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately select merchandise from shelves based on purchase orders and pack items securely for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and stock organization within the warehouse.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage or defects before packing and ensure all packaging materials are used correctly.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform manual labor.
