Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Retrieve items from warehouse shelves based on digital order tickets and pick lists.
- Packing: Package products securely using appropriate wrapping materials and boxes to ensure safe delivery.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and verify quantities against orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Scan barcodes and use handheld scanners to update inventory systems in real-time.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep workstations organized, sweep floors, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to maintain workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when counting, sorting, and packaging items.
- Reliability: Punctual with a history of consistent attendance.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable learning to operate handheld scanners and basic warehouse software.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
