Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in warehouse environments
- Load/unload trucks and containers with precision documentation
- Manage inventory rotation and FIFO protocols
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety regulations without exception
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Maintain clean and organized work zones
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
