Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and digital picking systems
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, conveyors) following OSHA safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain organized, efficient workstations and staging areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Inspect products for quality before packing and shipping
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No experience required – comprehensive training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Reliable transportation to North San Antonio location
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
