Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Maintain organized and clean workstations to ensure safety compliance
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report inventory discrepancies and assist in cycle counting processes
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- No experience required – training provided for all candidates
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with touchscreen technology
