Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders efficiently using RF scanners and digital picking systems
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before shipping
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, conveyors) following safety protocols
- Inventory management through cycle counting and stock rotation
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and storage areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly with occasional heavier lifts
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with reasonable accommodations
