Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and packing lists
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after proper training
- Maintain organized inventory levels and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality control standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Participate in cycle counts and warehouse audits as required
- Work overtime shifts during peak seasons to ensure timely order fulfillment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly during shifts
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a warehouse environment
