Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA certification training
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in real-time
- Inspect products for quality assurance before shipment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and 5S workplace organization standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation training
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
