Responsibilities
- Accurately select and pack products according to order specifications and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Scan and label inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized storage areas and perform routine inventory counts
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA guidelines and company safety policies
- Document work activities and report discrepancies to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning technology
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required for all roles)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
