Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Pick, pack, and label products to ensure order fulfillment speed and accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks, Conveyor Systems) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and update inventory management systems.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals and safety metrics.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanners or warehouse software.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
