Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and digital systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock checks and cycle counts
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, conveyors)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards
- Report equipment issues or process inefficiencies to supervisors
- Participate in cross-functional projects as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn digital systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid government-issued ID and right-to-work documentation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Reliable transportation to our Embarcadero Center facility
