Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack & Ship: Accurately process customer orders using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and conducting stock counts.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and ensure proper packaging.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use scanning technology.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
- Attitude: A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions.
