Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Inspect incoming inventory for quality and accuracy
- Maintain organized warehouse storage systems and safety protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory management
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
