Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments with meticulous attention to detail
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following strict safety protocols
- Maintain organized inventory storage and execute cycle counts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and coordinating dock schedules
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – comprehensive training provided
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management and order processing
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required for entry-level)
- Strong work ethic and reliability with punctual attendance
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
