Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using handheld scanning technology
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock in designated zones
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided)
- No prior warehouse experience required - training provided
