Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Load and unload shipments with proper equipment operation (pallet jacks, forklifts after training)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and stock rotation
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and efficiently under supervision
- Assist with receiving incoming shipments and processing documentation
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly with or without reasonable accommodation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and work in varying temperatures
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
