Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to daily schedules
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock in climate-controlled facilities
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report discrepancies
- Maintain clean, safe work environment following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Utilize warehouse management systems for real-time tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for data entry tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in varied conditions
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays during peak seasons
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
