Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and stage merchandise using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and label orders to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Organization: Maintain the warehouse floor by organizing stock and keeping aisles clear for safety and efficiency.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Quality Control: Perform routine inspections of incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning and maintenance checks on warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required; we will train you.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read pick lists.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as business needs require.
