Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and store incoming inventory using warehouse management systems
- Pick, pack, and ship orders efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after training
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required - we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and system navigation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays as needed
