Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming shipments with precision
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Scan and track inventory using warehouse management systems
- Pick and pack orders for shipment accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces
- Conduct inventory counts and cycle counts
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Basic computer literacy (data entry experience a plus)
- Reliable transportation to 789 Industrial Blvd
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
