Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety protocols
- Manage inventory with precision using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflow and meet production targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA regulations and company safety policies at all times
- Document activities and report any equipment issues or safety concerns immediately
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one)
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience in a warehouse setting
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Flexibility to work overtime shifts including weekends as needed
