Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and sort incoming inventory according to company protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with attention to detail and accuracy
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO inventory rotation
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in quarterly audits
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to stand for extended periods and work in varying temperatures
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not required)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Team player with positive attitude and reliability
