Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading and invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment, ensuring shelves are stocked and labeled correctly.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a secure workspace.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse management systems and material handling equipment responsibly.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies immediately to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Experience: Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and organization is essential.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
