Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
- Pick, pack, and label orders for shipment with 99% accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO inventory rotation
- Conduct cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required; training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments (10-50°F)
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Pass background check and drug screening
