Responsibilities
- Manage inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and reconciliation
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Coordinate order fulfillment from receiving to shipping with zero-error precision
- Maintain OSHA compliance and 5S workplace standards
- Train new team members on warehouse protocols and equipment usage
- Optimize workflow processes to meet daily/weekly targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficient in inventory management systems (WMS experience preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
