Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Pick and pack orders for shipment with precision and speed
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided!
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid driver’s license preferred (not mandatory)
- Reliable transportation to our El Paso facility
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
