Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock incoming inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory records and conduct cycle counts as directed
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Inspect and prepare outbound shipments for timely delivery
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and workplace standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow during peak periods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to the Washington, OH facility
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Willingness to stand for extended periods and work in varied temperatures
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- 1+ years of warehouse experience preferred but not required
