Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counting and reconciliation processes
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety compliance per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Load/unload freight trucks with proper lifting techniques and equipment operation
- Document transactions and maintain digital records in warehouse databases
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with smartphone apps
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid government-issued photo ID (no background check required)
- Reliable transportation to the 1234 Industrial Way location
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and overtime
