Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and document incoming shipments using barcode scanners
- Organize inventory in designated warehouse zones with precision
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper training
- Maintain clean, safe workspace following OSHA guidelines
- Conduct cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, barcode systems)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
