Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual labor equipment.
- Packing & Shipping: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment, ensuring all packaging meets quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe at all times by adhering to safety protocols.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Customer Service: Assist with processing returns and managing incoming inventory efficiently.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Experience: No prior experience required; we provide paid on-the-job training.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain accuracy in data entry.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and willingness to work in a fast-paced team environment.
