Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select and pack merchandise for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Assist in inventory counts, stock organization, and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and conveyor systems.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Shipping & Receiving: Receive inbound shipments, inspect for damage, and verify quantities against packing slips.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality control in a fast-paced setting.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Driver's License: Valid state driver's license required for warehouse transport duties.
