Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely following OSHA guidelines
- Load and unload trucks while ensuring proper handling of products
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to enhance safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards to supervisors
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
