Responsibilities
- Manage inventory accuracy through systematic stock counting and documentation
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after training certification
- Process incoming/outgoing shipments with meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain organized, OSHA-compliant warehouse environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets
- Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software operation
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- No prior warehouse experience necessary – training provided
- Strong teamwork ethic and reliability
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
