Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control using RF scanning systems and WMS software
- Coordinate efficient loading/unloading of freight with precision
- Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies daily
- Maintain OSHA compliance in all warehouse operations
- Train new associates on safety protocols and equipment usage
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum space utilization
- Collaborate with logistics team on shipping/receiving schedules
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic math and data entry skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficient with handheld RF scanners and inventory software
- Spanish/English bilingual preferred
