Responsibilities
- Efficiently load, unload, and sort incoming shipments using material handling equipment
- Accurately manage inventory with barcode scanning and digital tracking systems
- Maintain organized warehouse layout through strategic pallet stacking and zone labeling
- Perform quality control checks on products before shipment
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery (training provided)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- No prior warehouse experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
