Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to daily targets
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Manage inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Inspect goods for quality compliance before shipping
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow processes
- Maintain clean and safe work environment following OSHA standards
- Utilize warehouse management system (WMS) for inventory tracking
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
- Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
