Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using barcode scanning systems
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment with precision and efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and electric carts safely
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and storage areas
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn inventory software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation training)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
