Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using barcode scanning systems
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment while maintaining quality control standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO inventory rotation methods
- Conduct daily equipment safety checks and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate warehouse machinery
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain required certifications (e.g., forklift license)
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance record
