Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Prepare and pack orders for shipment with attention to detail
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training) safely
- Maintain organized and clean workspaces following OSHA standards
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as scheduled
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required—full training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and stand for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to work in varying temperature conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
